William Watchman is the owner of Live Edge Slabs Salt Lake City and a longtime lover of all things wood, design, and outdoors. After growing up in Reno, Nevada and spending over a decade up in the Pacific Northwest, William returned to his roots—both literally and creatively—by helping expand his family’s live edge business.

With Salt Lake City as the third location (following Las Vegas and Reno-Tahoe), William brings a hands-on, customer-first approach to helping people create one-of-a-kind tables that turn heads and tell stories. He’s all about that sweet spot where nature, craftsmanship, and personal style meet.

Whether you’re dreaming up a show-stopping dining table or a desk that actually inspires you to sit down and work, William’s your guy. And when he’s not in the shop? He’s probably chasing birdies on the golf course or finding fresh air in the mountains.
